What is Agroforestry?

Agroforestry means activities that aim conserving the local nature environment while revitalizing the local economy at the same time. By conducting a mixed industry of forestry and agriculture, we can build income structure, stabilize the regional economy, and enrich biodiversity by cultivating agricultural crops and trees at the same time.

It is a friendly method for both people and nature. In this activity, it is included in that purpose not only to simultaneously carry out agriculture and forestry, but also to create small industries that make processed products using the obtained harvested products. This will be possible to gain an opportunity to earn revenue by selling processed products, even when agriculture and forestry harvest can not be obtained.
